Remote Installation: The deployment and settings of the firewall appliance is being completed by an expert Network Engineer through a remote connection. The customer should only set the internet settings of the appliance. This first settings are being made through phone call.
Remote Help Call: Expert network engineers will remove the problem remotely when any problem occures.
