When you place your records with us, you decide whether you want a detailed, itemized list of the contents of each file box or just a brief description of its contents.
The indexing information is entered into our records management software and associated with the barcode on the box or file.
A complete inventory report is delivered to you in both hard copy and on Excel. You may also choose to view your complete records inventory online using our Web Access software. This real- time view of your inventory also allows you to order files or boxes directly while online.
